One-to-one coaching for disabled people in management
Permission to Shine
I help disabled people in management, who feel stuck, build careers they can be proud of.
Does this sound familiar?
- "If I chase the adjustments again, will that make me 'difficult'?"
- "I'm doing work well above my grade. So why can't I ask to be paid for it?"
- "Maybe I should just be grateful I've got a job at all."
- "Imposter syndrome is holding me back."
What is possible
It is possible to have the confidence to choose the career you want, the skills to deal with workplace barriers, and strategies to quieten the inner critic that has spent years telling you you're not good enough. Coaching with me is confidential and practical. You'll be amazed at what you find you're capable of.
If your employer pays, my coaching relationship is still with you, and what we discuss stays between us.
About me
I'm Fran McSweeney. I'm registered severely sight impaired, I have partial vocal paralysis, and I spent over twenty-five years in senior leadership in the charity sector — all of it while doing the daily, invisible work of fitting into rooms that weren't built for me. I hold an MA in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA. So when we talk about what this takes, I won't be guessing.
